- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Peel and cube the butternut squash into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss the squash with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon.
- Spread the coated squash evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Let the squash rest for a few minutes after cooking to enhance the flavor. Feel free to experiment with spices like cayenne for a spicy kick.
