A simple and delightful twist on the classic fried ice cream, made healthier with an air fryer and a crispy Cinnamon Toast Crunch coating.
Ingredients

- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- 3 cups crushed Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
- Optional: chocolate syrup for drizzling
- Optional: whipped cream for topping
- Optional: maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal inside a zip loc bag and crush it with a rolling pin until fine.
- Transfer the crushed cereal to a large plate.
- Scoop out about 1 cup of ice cream and form it into a ball.
- Roll each ice cream ball in the crushed cereal, pressing firmly to ensure it sticks.
- Transfer the coated ice cream balls to the baking sheet and freeze for at least 3-4 hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Once the ice cream is frozen, place it in the air fryer.
- Air fry at 400°F for about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Ensure the ice cream is completely frozen before air frying. Experiment with different toppings to customize your dessert.
