Instructions

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar and ground cinnamon, then set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar until well combined.
  4. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the wet mixture. Mix until just combined, ensuring the batter remains thick.
