  • 200 ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to the butter-sugar-egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
  7. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool.
