- 150 g sugar
- 125 g softened butter
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin wedges, then sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder together.
- Gradually add the flour mixture alternately with the milk to the butter-sugar-egg mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool.
- Pour the pie batter into a greased springform pan and arrange the apple slices evenly on top.
- Pour the cooled vanilla pudding over the apples evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Allow to cool before serving.
