Description

Ingredients

- 1 steak
- 2 cups arugula
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp parmesan (finely grated)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness.
- Allow the steak to rest while preparing the arugula.
- Add arugula to a bowl and dress with olive oil and lemon. Toss well.
- Season the arugula with salt and pepper and toss again.
- Add the grated parmesan and toss once more.
- Transfer the dressed arugula to a serving dish.
- Slice the steak and lay it on top of the arugula.
Notes
For an elevated flavor, add fresh herbs or toasted nuts. Use high-quality olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon for best results.
