- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs

- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- Add pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract; stir until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake pan.
- For the crumble, mix brown sugar and some flour in a separate bowl.
- Cut in the cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the crumble over the batter in the pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly, then whisk powdered sugar with milk for glaze and drizzle over the warm cake.
Notes
