  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s garlic powder (10 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) smoked paprika (5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) black pepper (2.5 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil (15 milliliters)
  • Wooden skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak wooden skewers or toothpicks in water for 15 minutes.
  3. Cut the venison tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Wrap each venison piece with a strip of turkey bacon.
  5. Secure the bacon with a soaked skewer or toothpick.
  6. Place the wrapped bites on a baking sheet lined with foil.
  7. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, and sriracha.
  8. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
  9. Stir in vegetable oil to combine the glaze ingredients.
