- 120 ml sugar-free barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Set your oven to a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Insert a cream cheese cube into each jalapeno ring, then position a piece of beef tenderloin atop the jalapeno.
- Enclose the beef with half a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick. Continue this process until you have 24 pieces.
- Place them in the oven to cook for 15 minutes. Take them out and drizzle each with a teaspoon of barbecue sauce.
- Put them back in the oven for an additional 10 minutes, or until the bacon reaches desired crispiness.
