Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sliced apples, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the remaining brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, and chopped nuts. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
