Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a mini muffin tin.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
  4. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  5. Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
  6. Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce atop the brie.
  7. Sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
  8. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with rosemary and serving.
