- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cut into 12 cubes
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp candied pecans, chopped (optional)
- Fresh rosemary sprigs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a mini muffin tin.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Place a cube of brie into each pastry cup.
- Spoon a generous amount of cranberry sauce atop the brie.
- Sprinkle chopped candied pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with rosemary and serving.
