  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup (60 g) chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cream together granulated sugar, sour cream, and softened butter until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts if desired.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  8. Cool the brownies in the pan on a wire rack.
