- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons Sriracha (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
- Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce while grilling for extra flavor.
- Serve hot with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
