Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tablespoons Sriracha (to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice to make the bang bang sauce.
  2. Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper.
  3. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the chicken skewers for 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  6. Brush the skewers with the bang bang sauce while grilling for extra flavor.
