- 2 packs of instant ramen noodles
- 200g beef, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the skillet.
- Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For additional flavor, marinate the beef in soy sauce and ginger before cooking. Feel free to customize the mixed vegetables based on preference.
