A colorful and flavorful beef stir fry that combines sliced beef with vibrant vegetables and a savory soy sauce for a quick and satisfying meal.

- 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced beef and sauté until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add the beef back into the pan, pour in the soy sauce, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For a variation, try adding chicken or tofu, or using different seasonal vegetables.
