Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the bite-sized pieces of boneless beef and season with salt and pepper. Sear the beef until browned on all sides, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Incorporate the chopped onions, allowing them to soften for around 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ensuring every beef piece is coated.
- Add the packet of gravy mix and the beef broth. Stir well to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and allow it to thicken for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
