- 2 large zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a greased baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts in the center.
- Surround the chicken with zucchini slices, cherry tomatoes, and black olives.
- Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the herbs on top of the ingredients.
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving for added freshness. For a crispy top, broil for the last few minutes of baking.
