  • 3 cups of heavy whipping cream
  • 32 Biscoff cookies
  • 5 large bananas

Instructions

  1. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cold water, and instant vanilla pudding mix in a large bowl until smooth and thick.
  2. Incorporate the melted Biscoff cookie butter and mix thoroughly.
  3. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently to maintain airiness.
  5. Layer the pudding mixture, crushed Biscoff cookies, and sliced bananas in a dish or trifle bowl.
  6. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours to chill.
  8. Garnish with crushed Biscoff cookies, fresh banana slices, and a drizzle of cookie butter before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow bananas to sit in lemon juice before layering to prevent browning. Add crushed cookies just before serving to maintain their crunch.
