Description

A delightful twist on the classic tiramisu, combining Biscoff cookies with creamy mascarpone and coffee.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package Biscoff cookies
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff spread

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and let it cool.
  2. Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
  3. Dip Biscoff cookies quickly into the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
  5. Repeat the process with another layer of coffee-dipped cookies and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  6. Drizzle Biscoff spread on top.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, chill for longer and consider using espresso for a richer flavor.
