- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package Biscoff cookies
- 1/4 cup Biscoff spread
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool.
- Whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until thick and creamy.
- Dip Biscoff cookies quickly into the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of your serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the cookies.
- Repeat the process with another layer of coffee-dipped cookies and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Drizzle Biscoff spread on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, chill for longer and consider using espresso for a richer flavor.
