Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3250 Biscoff cookies
  • 12 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Biscoff cream by whipping the chilled heavy cream in a bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  4. Mix the Biscoff cookie butter into the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee and arrange them in a dish.
  6. Layer half of the Biscoff cream mixture over the soaked cookies.
  7. Add another layer of dipped cookies, followed by the remaining cream mixture.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
