Instructions
- Prepare the Biscoff cream by whipping the chilled heavy cream in a bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
- In a separate bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream.
- Mix the Biscoff cookie butter into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip each Biscoff cookie into the strong coffee and arrange them in a dish.
- Layer half of the Biscoff cream mixture over the soaked cookies.
- Add another layer of dipped cookies, followed by the remaining cream mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
