Ingredients

- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), and cilantro.
- Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
