Description

A creamy and zesty dip made with Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, and cheese, perfect for gatherings and parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced green onions
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the ranch dressing mix and mix well.
  3. Add the can of Rotel tomatoes, drained, and mix until evenly combined.
  4. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced green onions.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

For added heat, retain some liquid from the Rotel tomatoes or add jalapeños. Let sit longer in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
