- 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green onions
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the ranch dressing mix and mix well.
- Add the can of Rotel tomatoes, drained, and mix until evenly combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and diced green onions.
- Transfer to a serving dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
For added heat, retain some liquid from the Rotel tomatoes or add jalapeños. Let sit longer in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
