Description
This creamy, quick Boursin Cheese Pasta uses only 4 ingredients and takes 20 minutes to make! It’s a delicious, restaurant-quality dish perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
8 oz short tube pasta (Campanelle, Cavatappi, Fusilli)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
5.2 oz Boursin Cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor)
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Flaky sea salt, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt generously and cook pasta 2-3 minutes less than package instructions for al dente. Reserve 2 cups pasta water before draining.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
3. Add reserved pasta water to skillet and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
4. Add Boursin cheese and stir continuously until it melts into a smooth sauce.
5. Add drained pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat in sauce, cooking 1-2 more minutes until thick and creamy.
6. Season with black pepper, flaky sea salt, and red pepper flakes to taste.
7. Garnish with chopped chives and grated Parmesan. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use short tube pasta for best sauce coverage.
Save pasta water — it helps create a silky sauce.
Don’t overheat Boursin — melt on low to avoid separation.
Customize with grilled chicken, shrimp, spinach, or roasted veggies.
