- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Optional : dried butterfly pea flower or brewed tea, cooled
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Optional : camu camu powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Optional : brewed yerba mate cooled or a few drops of extract
Instructions
- In a glass, blend together the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
- Add the freshly grated ginger and your choice of sweetener, if desired, and mix until dissolved.
- Introduce the warm or room-temperature water into the mixture.
- If incorporating any optional ingredients, add them at this point. For butterfly pea flower, brew and strain separately before including.
- Stir thoroughly and consume right away — ideally on an empty stomach for optimal results.
