  • 1 cup (240 ml) warm or room-temperature water
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Optional : dried butterfly pea flower or brewed tea, cooled
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) Optional : camu camu powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Optional : brewed yerba mate cooled or a few drops of extract

Instructions

  1. In a glass, blend together the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice.
  2. Add the freshly grated ginger and your choice of sweetener, if desired, and mix until dissolved.
  3. Introduce the warm or room-temperature water into the mixture.
  4. If incorporating any optional ingredients, add them at this point. For butterfly pea flower, brew and strain separately before including.
