Ingredients

  • 4550 seedless green grapes
  • 1 cup caramel bits
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and wash the grapes. Thoroughly dry them with paper towels.
  2. Finely chop the peanuts and transfer them into a bowl.
  3. Insert a toothpick into the stem end of each grape and set aside.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel bits and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Dip each grape into the caramel, letting excess drip off. Roll in the chopped peanuts and place back on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate the grapes until ready to serve.
