Description
A delightful fusion of sweet grapes, decadent caramel, and crunchy peanuts, perfect for gatherings or a simple snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 45–50 seedless green grapes
- 1 cup caramel bits
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and wash the grapes. Thoroughly dry them with paper towels.
- Finely chop the peanuts and transfer them into a bowl.
- Insert a toothpick into the stem end of each grape and set aside.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the caramel bits and heavy cream. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip each grape into the caramel, letting excess drip off. Roll in the chopped peanuts and place back on the lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the grapes until ready to serve.
Notes
Ensure grapes are completely dry before dipping to help caramel adhere. Experiment with different nut toppings for variety.
