Instructions
- Steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender, then drain.

- Slowly whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Pour the cheese sauce over the broccoli florets, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
