Ingredients
8 oz linguine pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook linguine until al dente (8-10 minutes). Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water. Drain pasta and set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, whisking continuously to form a smooth sauce.
5. Add cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss gently to coat with sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to adjust consistency.
6. Return ground beef to the skillet. Sprinkle mozzarella on top. Cover and cook on low until cheese melts.
7. Remove from heat. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
You can substitute linguine with spaghetti, fettuccine, or your favorite pasta.
Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
Adjust the amount of cream and cheese to reach your desired sauce consistency.
Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
For added veggies, stir in sautéed mushrooms, spinach, or bell peppers.
