Description

Delicious chicken bacon wraps filled with creamy cheese and wrapped in crispy bacon, perfect for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 8 slices of bacon, thick-cut
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Mix the cheddar cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each chicken breast.
  5. Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
  6. Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Let cream cheese reach room temperature for easier mixing. Prepare wraps ahead and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
