- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 8 slices of bacon, thick-cut
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toothpicks or kitchen twine
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Mix the cheddar cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly on each chicken breast.
- Wrap each chicken breast with 2 slices of bacon, securing them with toothpicks or kitchen twine.
- Place the wrapped chicken on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon is crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Let cream cheese reach room temperature for easier mixing. Prepare wraps ahead and store in the fridge until ready to bake.
