Indulge in rich chocolate pudding and creamy cheesecake layers topped with raspberry puree in this delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
  5. Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Set aside.
  6. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  7. Fold in the raspberry puree and half of the whipped cream.
  8. Layer the chocolate pudding over the cooled crust, then add the raspberry cheesecake layer.
  9. Finish with the remaining whipped cream on top.
  10. Chill for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese and chill for a full 4 hours.
