- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter.
- Press into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding by mixing the pudding mix with milk according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the raspberry puree and half of the whipped cream.
- Layer the chocolate pudding over the cooled crust, then add the raspberry cheesecake layer.
- Finish with the remaining whipped cream on top.
- Chill for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use room-temperature cream cheese and chill for a full 4 hours.
