- 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
- Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
- Place the baking sheet filled with yogurt clusters in the freezer. Freeze until solid, around 1 to 2 hours.
- Pour the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate.
- Return the clusters to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
- Freeze briefly to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Enjoy the delightful melding of strawberries and chocolate!
