Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Add the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract to a large bowl. Combine thoroughly.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto the parchment-lined baking sheet to form clusters.
  3. Place the baking sheet filled with yogurt clusters in the freezer. Freeze until solid, around 1 to 2 hours.
  4. Pour the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until fully melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate.
  6. Return the clusters to the baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired.
  8. Freeze briefly to allow the chocolate to harden.
  9. Enjoy the delightful melding of strawberries and chocolate!

Notes

For added flavor, consider experimenting with different types of chocolate or adding chopped nuts into the yogurt mixture.
