- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the cranberry sauce, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar.
- Pour the cranberry sauce mixture over the meatballs on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
