Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the yolks, then mix with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the hollowed egg whites.
- Garnish each egg half with pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs.
