Description

Delicious, cheesy pizza bites that are perfect for holiday parties. Easy to make and fun to customize with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tubes refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup mini pepperoni or chopped salami
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Optional: chopped basil, crushed red pepper, sliced olives, or bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small 2×2 inch squares.
  3. In the center of each square, place a pinch of mozzarella and a few pieces of your chosen toppings.
  4. Fold the corners of the dough over the filling and pinch them to seal.
  5. Arrange these balls into a festive shape on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. After removing from the oven, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan.
  9. Serve warm alongside marinara or pesto for dipping.

Notes

For best results, use room temperature ingredients and monitor baking closely to achieve a golden brown color.
