Description

Delicious and comforting cinnamon roll bliss bars that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt until blended.
  3. Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix until just combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Spread half the batter in the pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top.
  6. Dollop the remaining batter over the cinnamon layer and sprinkle with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  7. Swirl gently with a knife to create a beautiful swirl effect.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.

Notes

Let the bars cool completely before slicing to prevent crumbling. Dust with powdered sugar for presentation.
