Ingredients
2 ripe yet firm bananas
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp granulated sugar or brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt (optional)
Optional Additions:
Sprinkle of nutmeg
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup
Instructions
1. Peel bananas and slice evenly into 1/8-inch rounds. Toss slices with lemon juice.
2. Mix sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
3. Brush banana slices with melted coconut oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
4. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C) for 3 mins. Arrange slices in a single layer in basket.
5. Air fry at 300°F for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp. Add extra 2-3 mins if needed.
6. Cool completely on a wire rack. Enjoy or store in airtight container.

Use firm ripe bananas for best texture.
Slice thin and even for consistent crispiness.
Don’t overcrowd basket.
