- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a large bowl. Mix well.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining granulated sugar over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
For a fudgier texture, bake for a minute or two less. Consider adding chocolate chips or nuts for variation.
