- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios (optional)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a crust.
- Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if using, until smooth.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Spread the ricotta mixture over the baked crust evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour to set.
- Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
