- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bow tie pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
