A delicious no-bake dessert combining creamy cheesecake with the rich flavor of cookie butter and a crunchy Biscoff crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Biscoff cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cookie butter
  • 2 cups whipped cream (or whipped topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine Biscoff cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Beat the cream cheese in a separate mixing bowl until smooth. Add powdered sugar, cookie butter, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or until firm.
