Delicious cookies made with Oreo cookies and a buttery dough, perfect for parties or cozy evenings at home.
Ingredients

- 1 cup salted butter (at room temperature)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 10 Oreo cookies (plus 2–3 more for adding on top)
Instructions
- Cream the butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well until unified.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually incorporate the dry ingredients into your wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly blended.
- Scoop about three tablespoons of dough, rolling it into a ball.
- Place the dough balls two inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
- Push some extra crushed Oreo pieces on top of each dough ball.
- Bake for approximately 11 minutes or until the bottoms turn golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
For best results, use room temperature butter and check the freshness of your leavening agents.
