Description

Ingredients

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheese if using.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or slow cooker.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes in the oven or cook in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours until firm.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
