- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, drained corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, and shredded cheese if using.
- Season with salt and pepper and mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or slow cooker.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes in the oven or cook in a slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours until firm.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
