Description

Elevate your grilling game with these flavorful crack burgers featuring ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ lbs ground chuck
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • ⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce and tomato
  • Mustard and mayo

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the mixture into six hamburger patties and create a dimple in each to prevent puffing.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the burgers until your desired doneness is reached.
  4. Flip the burgers carefully to maintain their shape and let them rest for a few minutes.
  5. Serve on toasted hamburger buns topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo.

Notes

Rest your burgers after grilling to keep them moist. Experiment with different toppings for added flavor.
