  • Egg, 1 large
  • Water, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Cut each sheet into equal-sized rectangles, about 3 inches by 10 inches.
  5. Slice the Brie cheese into thin strips.
  6. Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on each rectangle.
  7. Place a strip of Brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
  8. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the Brie and cranberry.
