Ingredients

- Beef cheese, 8 ounces (227 g) (225 grams)
- Cranberry sauce, 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- Fresh thyme leaves, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
- Egg, 1 large
- Water, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
- Cut each sheet into equal-sized rectangles, about 3 inches by 10 inches.
- Slice the Brie cheese into thin strips.
- Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce on each rectangle.
- Place a strip of Brie cheese on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the Brie and cranberry.
- Fold each rectangle in half lengthwise to cover the filling.
- Twist the folded pastry gently to create a spiral shape.
- Transfer the twists to the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg with water to make an egg wash.
- Brush the egg wash over the tops of the twists.
