Description

Delicious bite-sized appetizers combining rich cream cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup of powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare your mini muffin tin by greasing or lining it.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each piece firmly into the muffin cups to create mini pastry shells.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each shell, topped with a teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce.
  6. If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top for extra flavor.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the crescent shells are golden brown.
  8. Let the bites cool slightly before serving.
