- 1 can of crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz of cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup of powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- ½ cup of whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Prepare your mini muffin tin by greasing or lining it.
- In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each piece firmly into the muffin cups to create mini pastry shells.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese filling into each shell, topped with a teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans or orange zest on top for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11 to 13 minutes, or until the crescent shells are golden brown.
- Let the bites cool slightly before serving.
