- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions

Notes
Adjust the sugar based on the tartness of the cranberries. Letting the salsa rest deepens the flavors.
