Delicious cranberry turkey sliders with savory turkey, creamy cheese, and zesty cranberry sauce served on soft Hawaiian rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham
  • 6 large slices Swiss or provolone cheese
  • 1 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 package (12 count) Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and lay down the turkey in an even layer.
  3. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey.
  4. Place the Swiss or provolone cheese slices atop the cranberry sauce.
  5. Place the top layer of bread over the cheese.
  6. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds.
  7. Brush the top of the bread rolls with the butter mixture.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the top turns brown.
