- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese and butter to a large bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine evenly.
- Add the light brown sugar, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Combine with the hand mixer until smooth.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Place the dip in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to chill.
- Remove the dip from the fridge and add to a serving bowl. Top with extra mini chocolate chips.
- Serve with graham crackers, fresh fruit, and more. Enjoy!
