Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles, broccoli, carrots, and corn. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender and vegetables are cooked.
