- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 200g ramen noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles, broccoli, carrots, and corn. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until noodles are tender and vegetables are cooked.
- Stir in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
