  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally or pound them to even thickness.
  2. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 4–5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet. Lower the heat, add butter and minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the cream and stir to deglaze the skillet. Add parmesan cheese and simmer until thickened.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat through and coat with sauce.
