  • 4 flatbreads or pita breads
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (120 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (3 g)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped (3 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for tzatziki) (15 ml)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  3. Rub the chicken with 1 tablespoon olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice thinly.
  6. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, dill, and mint to make the tzatziki sauce.
  7. Add the diced cucumber to the tzatziki and mix well.
  8. Warm the flatbreads in the oven for about 5 minutes until soft.
  9. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on each flatbread.
  10. Top with sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, and red onion slices.
