Creamy Horseradish Sauce can be used for sandwiches, with roast beef, and with Crunchy Crabcakes.
Creamy Horseradish Sauce
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup horseradish drained
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Drain excess juice from horseradish.
- Measure ingredients into bowl and mix thoroughly with a wire whip.
- Place mixture into a storage container. Refrigerate.
